| When I first learned about Lady
Fitness I knew it was my answer! I had given up doing any
aerobic activity for at least six years and spaced my two
children only nineteen months apart. I really wanted to get back
into shape but felt too fat to go to the local gym where I was
sure everyone looked perfect! Lady Fitness offers so much for
everyone, whether you're physically at your best or just
starting out.
I started going to four or five classes a week and cut some
major fat from my diet; butter, mayo, ice cream and cheese and
replaced them with the low fat or fat-free variety. I also
replaced soda and juice with water.
