Lady Fitness - Bring The Kids! Child Care Center

Lady Fitness now offers classes for kids in the Layton, Pleasant View and West Haven , Utah clubs. We feel it's never too soon to begin training your children to be active, to exercise, and to remain healthy. Schedules vary by location, so please check with your local Lady Fitness for class times.

Lady Fitness has child care facilities so you'll never have an excuse to miss a workout! With toys, games, kids videos and much more your children will be safe and have fun while you exercise. Services are provided at a small cost.
