If you have never taken a step class, this is where you begin to learn the basic moves.
Ab 'N Buns One full hour of toning the most hated body parts.  You’ll love it.

Fat Blaster!

This 1 1/2 hour class combines the fat burning of step and the muscle sculpting of Rep Reebok.

Multi Step

Get a variety of stepping between 2, 3, or 4 benches.  Time flies when you’re having fun.
Boot Camp This circuit class combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning drills.  All levels welcome.
Pilates Pilates sculpts and stretches every muscle in your body through a unique series of fluid exercises without stress of strain.
Cardio Infusion Guaranteed to give your cardio workout variety.  Cardio moves with a touch of dance flavor and core strengthening.
X-Biking Experience the outdoors indoors with this exhilarating cycling class.
Rep Reebok This class is a favorite, sculpting all body parts with a choreographed routine using a barbell.  Results happen here!
Turbo Kick Boxing bags are used for majo cardiovascular and r muscular conditioning.  Try it once and you’ll be hooked

Water Bottles: We encourage you to drink water while you are working out. Please bring spill proof tops or twist off tops only.
