This class combines the fat burning
of step and works on your muscular strength using hand weights
and bands. |

Get a variety of stepping between 2, 3, or 4
benches. Time flies when you’re having fun. |

Kick |
This kickbox class uses boxing bags
for major cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. Bag gloves
can be used but are not required. Try it once, you’ll be hooked!! |

Upper and lower body toning, working
all muscle groups. |

Fat Blaster! |
The ultimate total body workout.
45 minutes of step, then 45 minutes of powertone. Come for one
