Boot Camp A little cardio-like, strength-like circuit training! Rotate through a series of challenging exercises, military style. You never know what might come next! Fast, fun, and furious!
Turbo Abs Complete central stabilization, incorporating abdominals, obliques, and back. Total core.
Kickboxing Cardiovascular training with boxing and martial arts mixed in! Designed with all levels in mind.
Step An aerobic class incorporating the use of a step.  Choreography of step classes can be more complicated than any other type of class. A beginning class can easily be attended by anyone.
Low Impact w/ball An aerobic workout involving Choreography using a ball for core stability and resistance. This is a great way to mix things up and keep your workout fun.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning) A strength workout designed to shape and firm from head to toe. This class is easily modified to meet the needs of both beginners, and workout maniacs.
Mat Pilate's An up to date class combining pilates, yoga and athletic-stretch movements for improved flexibility, slow controlled strengthening and relaxation. This class is recommended for reducing stress and improving flexibility, balance, posture, spinal alignment and more. Seasonal
Double-Step Looking for something interesting and fun? If you’ve been stepping for a while and are looking for a change, this is the class for you! This is aerobic class incorporating the use of two steps. Definitely keeping things fun and interesting!
Happy Hour This class may be any of the classes above.
Strip Tease Want something Hot. This sexy Low Impact class is designed to provide an aerobic workout with moves that can improve your flexibility. Come dressed in layers and bring a feather boa. Great for everyone to enjoy with a complete head to toe workout (We do not fully unclothe)
On The Ball Work your way to balance, control, strength and flexibility, utilizing the ball to help your focus on the center of the core.

Training Appointments: Your sales counselor will make your first training appointments for you. You're encouraged to make additional appointments with our skilled training staff every 6-8 weeks to update and evaluate your progress. To make an appointment for a re-evaluation, please inquire at the front desk. Lady Fitness also offers Personal Training; also inquire at the front desk. Please do not use any equipment until the training staff has properly showed you.

 

There is a $5.00 no-show fee for missed appointments. 
Please make every effort to make your appointment. 
If you must cancel, call in advance.

Water Bottles: We encourage you to drink water while you are working out. Please bring spill proof tops or twist off tops only.
