Cardiovascular training with boxing and martial arts mixed
in! Designed with all levels in mind. |
| Beginning Step |
An easy to follow STEP class with basic moves. Warm-up,
30-40 minutes of cardiovascular exercises, abdominal exercises,
and finishing with a relaxing stretch. |
| Step I |
An Intermediate STEP class. Warm up, 45 minutes of cardiovascular
exercises. More difficult moces at a moderately high intensity. |
| Step I/II |
Step experience is recommended for this intermediate to
advance step class. |
| Low Impact |
Traditional floor aerobics for cardiovascular training.
This class is great for any level, prenatal, and low impact
lovers. |
| Multi-Step |
You won't be watching the clock in this fun, multi-step
class. The use of multiple steps with challenging choreography.
We recommend some step experience! |
| Yoga/Pilates |
Focusing on legnthening and stretching the body, body
awareness, relaxation, visualization and core stability. |

Total Body Conditioning works all major muscle groups
both aerobically and anaerobically. For all fitness levels. |
| Quick Fit |
Easy, quick workout designed to challenge you both muscularly
and aerobically in 30 minutes! All fitness levels. Perfect
for seniors, youth, de-conditioned, pre-natal or post rehabilitation. |
Training
Appointments: Your sales counselor will make your first
training appointments for you. You're encouraged to make additional
appointments with our skilled training staff every 6-8 weeks to
update and evaluate your progress. To make an appointment for
a re-evaluation, please inquire at the front desk. Lady Fitness
also offers Personal Training; also inquire at the front desk.
Please do not use any equipment until the training staff
has properly showed you.
There is a $5.00 no-show fee for
missed appointments.
Please make every effort to make your appointment.
If you must cancel, call in advance.
Water Bottles:
We encourage you to drink water while you are working out. Please
bring spill proof tops or twist off tops only.
