Basic Step

If you've never taken a step class before, this is where you begin. Enjoy a complete workout with a warm-up, beginning step moves, muscle conditioning and a final stretch.
Abs 'N Buns One full hour of toning the most hated body parts.  You’ll love it.

Multi Step

Get a variety of steppin between 2, 3, or 4 benches. Instructor will choose how many benches will be used. Time flies when youíre having so much fun.
Pedal 'N Pump 2 amazing classes in one.  45 minutes of x-biking and 45 minutes of Rep Reebok.  More for you money.
Pilates Pilates sculpts and stretches every muscle in your body through a unique series of fluid exercises without stress of strain
Powertone Upper and lower body training working all muscle groups
Rep Reebok This class is a favorite, sculpting all body parts with a choreographed routine using a barbell. Results happen here!
X-biking Experience the outdoors indoors with this exhilarating cycling class.
Turbo Kick Boxing bags are used for major cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. Try it once and you’ll be hooked.

Fat Blaster!

This 1 1/2 hour class combine the fat burning of step and the muscle sculpting of Rep Reebok.

Yoga

Treat yourself to the wonderful world of relaxation and stretching. Mind. Body. Spirit.

Water Bottles: We encourage you to drink water while you are working out. Please bring spill proof tops or twist off tops only.
